As a Curriculum Manager at CPBA/Trade Academy, what defines me is my unwavering commitment to shaping the educational journey of our learners. I am dedicated to designing innovative and effective curriculum that empowers learners, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their chosen fields.

In my role as Curriculum Manager at CPBA/Trade Academy, I am responsible for crafting and refining the educational content and materials that our students rely on. A typical day for me involves collaborating with our team of educators to develop and update curriculum materials, conducting research to ensure our courses remain current and relevant, and overseeing the assessment and evaluation processes to ensure the highest standards of education. I also engage in regular meetings with instructors and administrators to align our educational objectives and foster a dynamic learning environment.

The standout highlight of my experience at CPBA/Trade Academy is witnessing the transformative impact of our curriculum on our students' lives. Seeing our graduates succeed in their careers and achieve their goals is incredibly fulfilling. It reaffirms the importance of the work we do and motivates me to continually improve our educational offerings.

In my role as Curriculum Manager, I bring a diverse set of skills to the table. These include curriculum design and development, data analysis to inform educational decisions, project management to ensure timely implementation of new courses and updates, and effective communication to collaborate with instructors, administrators, and students. I also possess a deep understanding of pedagogical best practices, enabling me to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Outside of work, I like to travel to other countries. I also enjoy spending time in nature, I'll not quite got to the hiking in the mountains stage but I love to relax by the beach. Additionally, I am passionate about volunteering in the community such as Crisis at Christmas and Stand up to Cancer to name a few, where I can make a positive impact and give back to those in need. These activities rejuvenate me and help maintain a balanced and fulfilling life outside of my professional responsibilities.
