Tell me about your role at CPBA. What does a typical day look like for you?

As a VA’s line manager, I help the team to meet the organization’s goals and objectives. My typical day is busy.

What's the standout highlight of your experience working at CPBA?

As I have been working for the company for nine years now, I have been given many opportunities. Such as looking for salons in the UK where trainees could have their training, cold calling salons to set up meetings, updating students’ e-portfolios, editing product descriptions on the website, checking and assessing students’ training assignments, enrolling learners, marketing tasks and assisted the academic team. All those tasks are the highlights of my work experiences in CPBA as they gave me different experiences and opportunities that led me to be knowledgeable in this industry. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a team line manager of the recruitment team.
